Weather reports.  Too soon to see any kind of report for our cruise, but …

Considering that our cruises in the Valor and Freedom of the Seas had us looking like drowned rats …

We sail from Tampa 12/12.  We will be joined by the Carnival Paradise.  When we return to Tampa 12/23  we will see the Carnival Pride.

We are scheduled to make port at Georgetown, Grand Cayman 12/14, along with the Carnival Vista, the Carnival Sunrise and the Mariella Discovery 2

Cartagena, Colombia on 12/16, with the Island Princess and the MS Eurodam

Colon, Panama on 12/18, with the National Geographic Quest

On 12/19 we will be in Puerto Limón, Costa Rica, with the Mein Schiff 1

Cozumel on 12/21.  Big port, lots of ships.   Norwegian Breakaway, Celebrity Reflection, the Allure of the Seas, the Carnival Dream and the Carnival Pride.

Starting to think it’s real

 We’re less than a year away now, counting down to the cruise.  I’m reading Cruise Critic to see how Celebrity functions and what the COVID protocols are.

The Constellation is a smaller ship, holding about 2,000 passengers.  We will have a balcony cabin on deck 7; a balcony is a must for an 11 day cruise.

We still need to book our flights and excursions.  

But I’m starting to feel a bit excited.

Excursion!

 Well, sort of.  We are doing the behind the scenes tour aboard ship.  We’ve seen how Carnival works, and how Royal Caribbean works.  So now we will see how Celebrity does it.
