Although The pirate king really needs to calm down.  Celebrity is in the middle of negotiations with many shore excursion providers, so there aren’t a lot of excursions listed on the website right now, but he’s starting to panic,

Buy it when you book your trip, especially if you have a preexisting medical condition.  We bought ours today and I hope we don’t have a problem later on.  Drew got some misinformation from the cruise line when he booked the trip.  It won’t happen again.
